Hi EricKurz,

Cheers for the reply and information.

In this case, delight also try to first safe mode/boot on Mac Bone, to check if the upshot is caused by a enshroud or directory consequence with the startup deejay.

If the upshot doesn't continue while in safe mode, get out safe style by restarting your Mac usually. Then test for the effect once again. The result might be resolved.

If the issue returns after leaving safe style, startup items are probably at error. And you lot may try to check out whether the Microsoft Autoupdate app in your user account is causing the issue, prepare a new user business relationship, then log in to it and attempt to reproduce the issue in that account.

If the issue persists, equally a workaround, I would suggest you download and install the latest version 16.56 from Current Aqueduct via this page directly: Update history for Office for Mac - Office release notes | Microsoft Docs

And you may uninstall 16.55.

Hi All,

Thank yous for the replies and information.

To further investigate this consequence, may I ostend when the mistake occur? Does information technology pop up while Microsoft Autoupdate downloading the installation or installing the installation?

If the mistake message occurs when Microsoft Autoupdate is downloading the installation for Office apps, it means this issue may be related to your firewall, antivirus software or proxy settings.

In this situation, you may try to disable them temporarily to see the issue.

If the mistake occurs when Microsoft Autoupdate is installing the installation for Office apps,it ways this issue may exist related to the permissions on your Mac.

In this situation, y'all may try to set upward a new user account, then log in to information technology and effort to reproduce the issue in that business relationship.

If it also happens to the new user business relationship, please try to repair a storage device in Deejay Utility on Mac.
